Vanilla Fig Chicken with Wild Rice

  • Vanilla and Fig Balsamic Vinegar
  • Citrus Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Citrus EVOO)
  • Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
  • Red Wine
  • Fresh Figs
  • Fresh Oranges
  • Herbs De Provence
  • Wild Rice


Bake Chicken with Citrus EVOO and a very light sprinkling of Herbs de Provence. When Chicken is done cooking take Vanilla and Fig Balsamic Vinegar and wine in a large skillet reduce down to a sauce or glaze consistency. Put chicken on a bed of wild rice and pour sauce/glaze over the top. Garnish with sliced fresh figs and oranges.
