Love itDiscovered this a couple of years ago and this is now a staple with family and friends. My favorite use is with baby Swiss chard. In fact I just cooked some and used to make a Swiss chard quesadilla.

ExcellentI am so glad I found this oil.
My favorite way to use is.....
Slice a summer squash in half long wise,
Brush on oil, let set for a couple minutes then season with S&P.
Put on grill skin side down until it's fork tender then turn over for a minute.

Spicy, versatile and deliciousI absolutely love this oil. I use it on everything. Try it on a caprese salad in place of traditional olive oil...add avocado...amazing. Also makes a fabulous baste for grilling meats, fish, and vegetables. If you like a little spice, this is the oil for you.

Wow! Great TasteIt's light but intense. I used it to fry tortilla for tacos. They were great. Gonna add it to my salad tomorrow.
