Back Just Dip It! Artichokes

- 2 Artichokes
- Just Dip It!
Trim stem and tips off artichoke leaves. Steam artichoke in double boiler for 1 hour.
Cut artichokes in half to remove the inedible "choke" from the center and drizzle the halves in Just Dip It! to marinade for 15 minutes.
BBQ the halves until grill marks appear. Finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
