We fire-roast hickory wood chips, capture & cool the smoke, then bubble our extra virgin olive oil through the cold smoke over a 24 hour period so the oil can absorb that incredible savory, smoky flavor. Our Temecula Olive Oil Company Hickory Smoked Olive Oil compliments pulled pork and steaks, salmon, portabello mushrooms, fried eggs and so much more! It's also the perfect healthy alternative to bacon grease on a traditional spinach salad.
