What is the Temecula Olive Oil Club?

Our club is an opportunity for you to receive our popular limited-release olive oils before they are available to the public. Four times a year, Temecula Olive Oil Club members will automatically receive an order according to the club they choose to belong to. Simply Olive Oil Club members’ orders contain two bottles of our exclusive, limited release seasonal olive oils, along with a small, complimentary surprise. Simply O&V Club members will receive one of our classic, flavored blends made with extra virgin olive oil and one premium vinegar, both hand selected to perfectly pair together. Also included will be a small, complimentary surprise. When your shipments arrive, your kitchen will be the envy of the entire neighborhood. It's the most convenient way to enjoy the freshest, best olive oil and/or vinegars we have to offer. In addition, club members enjoy special benefits like 10% discount on all orders.   • *You will receive 4 (four) club shipments each year. Each club will average between $37.00 and $45.00 (prices subject to change) when you pick up your order at any of our Tasting Rooms (Temecula, San Diego, Solana Beach, and Seal Beach). There will be an additional charge of $12.50 if you are having your club shipped to you. Your MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express will be automatically billed for each shipment.
  • *There is no fee if you must cancel.  You may cancel at any time after receiving your first two orders. Shipments processed prior to the cancellation are nonrefundable.
  • *You may choose to subscribe as a member for yourself, or you may send a gift subscription to someone else.

When will I receive my next club shipment?

We ship every season—four times a year. You will receive an email when your club is ready for pickup or when it is being processed to be shipped.

When will I be charged for my orders?

Memberships are billed about a week before the shipment. You will receive an email detailing the new olive oil selections approximately 1-2 weeks before you are charged. You will receive an order once per quarter.

Can I pick up my order or have it shipped to me?

Members may choose to have their orders shipped to them for a flat shipping fee of $12.50. Members may also choose to pick up their order at any of our tasting bar locations. We ask that all members who choose to pick up their orders note that it must be picked up within 6 weeks of notice of availability. If not picked up by the final date to pick up, the orders will then be shipped for the flat fee of 12.50.

I haven’t received a shipment, what should I do?

Don’t Panic. Please call us at 866-654-8396.

How will my 10% discount be applied?

Your discount is automatically applied to all orders (excluding shipping charges). When placing orders online, you must be signed in to your account for the discount to apply.

My address, contact information and/or credit card has changed, can I update your records?

Yes, please send us an email at customerservice@temeculaoliveoil.com with your new address/phone number/email. To update your credit card, please give us a call at 866-654-8396. We always need an updated address, phone number, email and credit card in order to get your club to you on time!

I’m a Club Member who has already created an account using my Club Member email address. How do I check the status of my order?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click "Order History" from the menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Find the Order # located on your Club order email and click "View Order" to the right on hte same line to view your order details.
  4. If your order has already been packed and shipped, there will be an option to "Track Your Order" above the product invoice toward the bottom of the page. Click "Track Your Order" to find your UPS tracking number, which can be entered on UPS.com to locate your shipment.
  5. Click the link at the upper-right corner of our website that says, "Please click here to open an account.".
  6. On the next screen, fill in all the required fields that are noted with an asterisk and click "Submit".
  7. When you get the message: "There is already an account with this email address. If you are sure that it is your email address, click here to get your password and access your account," click where it says "click here".
  8. Enter your Club Member email address and click the "Send a new password" link. You will receive an email at your Club Member email address with a temporary password.
  9. On the next screen, type your Club Member email address and enter the temporary password you just received.

I’m a Club Member who has never created an account using my Club Member email address. How do I check the status of my order?

  1. Click the link at the upper-right corner of our website that says, "Please click here to open an account.".
  2. On the next screen, fill in all the required fields that are noted with an asterisk and click "Submit".
  3. When you get the message: "There is already an account with this email address. If you are sure that it is your email address, click here to get your password and access your account," click where it says "click here".
  4. Enter your Club Member email address and click the "Send a new password" link. You will receive an email at your Club Member email address with a temporary password.
  5. On the next screen, type your Club Member email address and enter the temporary password you just received.
  6. NOTE: If you are unable to login at this point, email customerservice@temeculaoliveoil.com with the subject: Club Member Cannot Login to Website.
  7. Once you are logged in, click "Change Password" from the menu at the top of the screen and follow the prompts to choose your own password.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

○     You may cancel your membership after you have purchased two orders: the first order to activate your membership and after receiving the first automatic Temecula Olive Oil Club Shipment.

○     Any cancellations must be processed before the 1st of the month in which the Temecula Olive Oil Club will be processed to avoid being charged for the next shipment. Shipments processed prior to the cancellation are nonrefundable.

○     You may cancel your membership by emailing the Temecula Olive Oil Club Manager at tooc@temeculaoliveoil.com or by calling directly at 866-654-8396.

○     If your payment has been declined more than twice, we will attempt to contact you by phone 2 times. If you have not responded to our calls, we may cancel your membership.

Can I choose the olive oils or vinegars that I'll receive?

Part of the fun of each quarterly delivery is the excitement of experiencing our latest and exclusive selections. So, while you can't specify in advance what olive oils or vinegars you'll receive, rest assured that each quarterly delivery is sent to you only after having passed the highest standards of our taste-testing professionals.

What if I don't like one of the olive oils? Do you offer a guarantee?

○     Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!

○     No substitutions please. If you receive an olive oil that is not to your taste, consider gifting it to a friend, family member, or neighbor. They will love you!

What if I need to skip a quarter?

○     You can call us at 866-654-8396 or email us at tooc@temeculaoliveoil.com to cancel your membership after you have received at least two orders. We will keep all of your account information on file except your payment profile. When you are ready to resume your membership, simply contact us with updated payment information.

What if I want to be contacted before you charge me?

○     All TOOC Members will be contacted by email at least one week before being charged. If you would like to add to your order, please contact us at that time and we can be sure to include your additions with your regular Club order.

○     Please ensure that we have your most updated email address on file for you. Please also check your “spam” or “junk” box. If you have “unsubscribed” from our email list, you will need to contact us to be reinstated. We are not responsible for missed email communications.

○     At this time you have an opportunity to purchase additional products with your discount and have them added to your order. If you would like to add more products to your club order, you may call us at 866-654-8396.

○     If you have elected to Pick Up your orders at one of our Tasting Rooms, you will receive a phone call in addition to the aforementioned email to let you know your order is ready to be picked up.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used by Temecula Olive Oil Company and will not be sold or shared with anyone.

Temecula Olive Oil Club Shipments

  • *While we ensure your shipment will include the olive oils and/or vinegars chosen during their featured month, quantities can be limited.
  • *If you have selected the "pick up" option, and your order is not picked up by the last official day of pick up, your package will be shipped. Shipping and handling will be applied to your membership. Pick up dates will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us.
  • *Once your Temecula Olive Oil Club Shipment, Online Store or Tasting Room Order has been processed and a change of address is required while in route, a one time complimentary reroute will be honored. Please contact the Temecula Olive Oil Club and Shipping Department at 866-654-8396 directly. All future reroutes, after the one time complimentary reroute, a charge of $12.50 will be applied to the order.
  • *Orders being delivered within the continental U.S., are shipped through UPS Ground for a flat fee of $12.50, unless expedited shipping is specified. Expedited shipping costs vary. Shipping to an APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office), Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada will go through the U.S.P.S. is a flat fee of $25. Orders shipping anywhere else in the world will go through the U.S.P.S. and be a fee calculated accordingly.
  • *If a package returns, please contact the Temecula Olive Oil Club and Online Store Department at their direct line, 866-654-8396. A re-shipping fee will be applied to all orders that are sent back out.
  • *Please notify us promptly of any address changes to avoid misdirected club shipping charges.
