Picante Breakfast Tacos


Picante Breakfast Tacos Start your day off with our picante breakfast tacos, wrap it all up in a taco or enjoy in a flour tortillas as burrito.

Ingredients:
  • Eggs
  • Picante Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Picante Pepper EVOO)
  • 2 T Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Roasted Garlic EVOO)
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
  • Fresh Ripe Avocado (optional)
  • 2t Salish Sea Salt
  • Shredded Cheese of your choice (Cheddar works great!)

Preparation:
In a small pot over medium heat combine black beans and Roasted Garlic EVOO and bring to a slow simmer. Add 1T Picante Pepper EVOO for every 1 egg as you wisk them. Heat a large skillet with a small amount of Picante Pepper EVOO and scramble eggs as you normally would. Combine beans, eggs, cheese, and avocado (optional) in a tortilla and enjoy as a small soft taco. Can also do this in a flour tortilla as a burrito.
