This unique salsa is simply delicious. It makes a great addition to any summer event.
Ingredients:
- 3 Fresh Mangos, cut into small bite sized pieces
- ¼ C Parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ C Chives, finely chopped
- ½ C Chardonnay Wine
- 1 orange
- 1 t Salish Salt, finely ground
- 2 T Garlic Plant Sprouts, finely chopped
- 2 T Citrus Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 T Picante Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation:
Mix everything together and let stand in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to blend the flavors. Spoon onto Picante Crostinis and serve. Also makes a great addition to hamburgers and BBQ chicken.
