Picante Pepper Pasta

An easy recipe for a flavorful pasta sent by Robert from Washington, DC.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ¼ C minced shallot
- 1 C diced cooked chicken
- 1/3 C chopped drained Sun dried tomatoes
- 2 T TOOC Picante Pepper Olive Oil
- 2 T minced fresh Italian Parsley or Fresh Basil
- ½ lb Penne Pasta
- Fresh grated parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation:
Prepare pasta according to package. Saut&eactue; garlic, shallot in Picante Pepper until soft. Add chicken and sundried tomatoes, heat until warmed through. Toss in pasta and coat with mixture. Grate parmesan cheese over top to taste garnish with fresh herbs. Serve.
