Picante Pepper Cream Sauce

A spicy cream sauce to serve over chicken or fish. Sent to us by Robert from Washington, DC.
Ingredients:
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Picante Pepper Olive Oil
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes (seeded)
- 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro or parsley
Preparation:
Sauté scallions in olive oil. Add heavy cream and tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over grilled or broiled chicken breast or fish fillet (salmon is great.) Garnish with tomatoes and herbs.
