great with chicken
I tried this on a chicken breast with a dollop of spinach and a slice of provolone cheese melted on top. Even my kids loved it and they hate spinach. they are quickly becoming TOOC fans like their Mom and Dad.
Can't wait to try it with pasta. Maybe in our Panini press on a cold evening.
