| Wasn't sure what to expect when we entered the Olive Oil Company store. After tasting all the flavors, decided I would purchase the citrus Reserve OO, it is wonderful. I can not wait to try other flavors. The Citrus Reserve OO I have used on roast chicken, the flavor was to die for, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, salads .... all having the wonderful orange olive fresh taste. Can not wait to try others as it's one of the best olive oils I have tasted. — Anonymous |

| Hi my name is Hilary and I am a Citrus Reserve OO-aholic. I can no longer cook without this amazing liquid gold. When I am in the kitchen it has quite frankly become an extension of my right hand. However where I seem to elicit the most oohs, ahhs and yums is when a little (okay large) drizzle makes it way into my citron tart. The larger the drizzle the less lemon juice I use. The Citrus Reserve OO gives the citron curd a silky and rich mouth feel that is out of this world. I might even up root the now ignored meyer lemon tree in my backyard as it is quickly becoming a waste of water. — Hilary Ball |

| Amazing Olive Oil. I have used this in every possible recipe from pasta to dipping with bread and am just thrilled at the soft mellow slightly citrus oil. I mostly use this for sauteing breaded chicken breast. It takes very little and never leaves an oily flavor. Highly recommend! — Anonymous |

I am NOT a gourmand, and can't cook for snot, but my partner is. While visiting San Diego in January, he wanted to visit TOOC, so we did. I was impressed with the tastings, and we bought lots of bottles to bring home for gifts, including one bottle of the Citrus Reserve.
The next morning at our B&B, a guest said the reason the host's bread machine bread was so good was that he used olive oil instead of butter. Now bread machine bread is something I CAN do, so I tried it with the Citrus Reserve for the next potluck dinner we had. Everyone raved! The smell of the baking bread is divine and the taste is equally so. I decided to experiment and coated tilapia filets with the stuff, then sprinkled on a coconut macadamia crust mix i found at Whole Foods. Again, amazing.
We're planning another trip to CA soon, and will definitely be bringing hom more Citrus Reserve! — Gary Bremen |
