California Balsamic Bianco with Honey

I discovered TOOC last year on line. I have since tried several of their oils and vinegars. They are now a staple in our recipes. I felt it was time to offer my reviews of the items we've purchased. This vinegar is one of our favorites. We use it several times a week in salad dressings. I like to add a little warmed wild honey with it to up the sweetness of the dressing. Thanks for your great products TOOC!
