This flavorful Bruschetta made with our early harvest, Le Caprice de Nature olive oil, is the perfect complement to any crostini!
- 2 Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 tsp Fresh Basil
- 4 Tbsp Paremsan Cheese (Freshly Grated)
- 2 Tbsp Le Caprice de Nature Olive Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
- Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Serve over sliced or toasted French bread or baguette.
