Molto Burrosa is Italian for “very buttery”. This late harvest olive oil is made from the same varietal of olives that make up our Rotture di Oro; however, with Molto Burrosa, the olives are picked later in the season when they reach their peak of ripeness. Use Molto Burrosa for anything from baking grandma’s secret homemade cookies to grilling and dipping. Brush on steaks before grilling and on corn hot off the grill. It also makes the ideal dip for bread. One taste and you’ll be hooked.
