Molto Burrosa is Italian for “very buttery”. This late harvest olive oil is made from the same varietals of olives that make up our Rotture di Oro, but with Molto Burrosa, the olives are picked later in the season when they have reached the peak of ripeness. This rich, buttery olive oil is the perfect healthy substitute for butter, so we’ve included the link to our butter to olive oil conversion chart below for your reference. Use Molto Burrosa for anything from baking Grandma’s secret homemade cookies to brushing on steaks before grilling and corn on the cob hot off the grill. Of course, it makes the ideal dip for bread. One taste and you’ll be hooked. Seasonal Item! Available in Summer.
