Bruschetta

Bruschetta is an Italian antipasto that dates back to the 15th century and has been gaining popularity in the US in the last decade or so.  This classic blend of tomatoes, onions herbs and seasonings and, of course, olve oil, goes great on a crostini topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan or Mozzarella.  One bite and you'll be hooked on TOOC Bruschetta!
