Freelance Chef Susanna Llop-Jover, born and raised in Barcelona, Spain with her Paellera sets up outdoors at Temecula Olive Oil Company's Ranch for a fun and informative occasion learning about great food. Susanna will teach us how to make authentic Paella with good quality ingredients and share a few little secrets that make it so delicious. Come and enjoy the preparation while sipping a glass of sangria.
